A wireless sensor system comprising wireless sensor units (4A,4B) and a sensor signal receiver apparatus (5), wherein abnormal power supply of a power supplying part can be detected, malfunction of the wireless sensor system can be prevented, and a stable power supply can be performed with transmission power consumption saved. The wireless sensor units (4A,4B) have sensor parts (6A,6B) for detecting detected objects, sensor signal transmission parts (9A,9B) for transmitting sensor signals of such detections by wireless, and power supplying parts (10), respectively. The power supplying parts (10) include respective electric power reception parts (8A,8B) for receiving drive electric powers transmitted by wireless. In this system, power supply monitor parts (7) are provided which monitor the voltages of the respective power supplying parts (10). The sensor signal receiver apparatus (5) includes a monitor-associated electric power control means (14) for adjusting the transmission electric power in accordance with results of monitoring by the power supply monitor parts (7).
