摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entirely new fermented soybean exhibiting effects for preventing thrombosis; and to provide a method for producing the fermented soybean. <P>SOLUTION: The fermented soybean is obtained by fermenting a steamed soybean by using a basidiomycete having protease activities.
