<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entirely new fermented soybean exhibiting effects for preventing thrombosis; and to provide a method for producing the fermented soybean. <P>SOLUTION: The fermented soybean is obtained by fermenting a steamed soybean by using a basidiomycete having protease activities. The method for producing the fermented soybean comprises a step of preparing the steamed soybean, a step of inoculating the basidiomycete having the protease activities on the steamed soybean, and a step of fermenting the steamed soybean with the inoculated basidiomycete under an aerobic condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
