<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform communication control depending on a noise level in a communication environment. <P>SOLUTION: In a radio communication apparatus 2 provided with a Bluetooth (BT) (R) communication part 26 and an SS radio communication part 27, a test pattern is transmitted from the BT(R) communication part 26 (step S2) and received by the SS radio communication part 27 (step S3). Until the BT(R) communication part 26 and the SS radio communication part 27 become communicable (step S4; YES), an RF output of the BT(R) communication part 27 is gradually increased (step S5) and a noise level is detected (step S6).
