FACILITY LEDGER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, METHOD, AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically construct a database for a facility ledger management system based on on-line data of a plant monitoring control device in real-time base.

SOLUTION: The facility ledger management system comprises the monitoring control device 21 for performing the monitoring control for operating state or failure generation state of a plant facility; a facility ledger database 42 having a work ledger data group 47 and an equipment ledger data group 46 which are used for management of the plant facility; and a facility ledger database automatic construction device 1 having an on-line data receiving part 2 for receiving data from the monitoring control device in real-time base and storing them in a receiving data primary storage area 5, a data editing processing part 3 for editing the data in the receiving data primary storage area and data storage destination definition data for defining the configuration of the facility ledger database and storing them in a writing data primary storage area 6, and a data writing processing part 4 for writing the data of the writing data primary storage area to the facility database.
