<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location portal site operation system enabling not only transmission of regional information from an information transmitter but also transmission of information from an optional person/organization. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a location management means for managing access point information for access points of wireless LAN and the locations of the access points, a database for storing the locations of the access points in association with regional information, and an access means for permitting the read/write of the regional information stored in the database only via the access point associated with the regional information concerned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
