<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welfare device rental system allowing a rental dealer (hereinafter referred to as a dealer) of a welfare device to reduce commodity procurement cost, and allowing a welfare device user (hereinafter referred to as a user) receiving authorization of care insurance to always receive rental service of a new article at a low price. <P>SOLUTION: In this rental system for the welfare device, an operation company invites many investors in many areas, practically uses an anonymous association and an anonymous fund to procure funds, and continuously purchases the welfare devices in a lump to reduce a purchase price and a rental price, while the dealer receives loaning of the welfare device from the operation company at a relatively low price to reduce the commodity procurement cost, and provides added service to the user by the cost reduction.
