PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable pulsating flow power supply device that carefully controls load power by preventing occurrence of electromagnetic noise and switching noise. SOLUTION: The variable pulsating flow power supply device comprises: a rectifying circuit that outputs a forward voltage as a pulsating flow voltage when en energization-controllable rectifying element is energization-controlled when a voltage applied to the energization-controllable rectifying element is changed to the forward voltage from a reverse voltage; an energization control means that energization-controls the energization-controllable rectifying element for a first period in sync with a frequency of an AC voltage; and a disconnection control means that stops the energization control of the energization-controllable rectifying element for a second period after the termination of the first period. Stops of the energization control of the first period and the energization control of the second period are alternately repeated, and the pulsating flow power fed to a load is carefully controlled by arbitrarily setting both of the first and second periods or either of them.
