PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital receiving device which reduces ambient noises adequately without enlarging a circuit scale. SOLUTION: An FSK digital receiving device 10 comprises: a second noise removing part 17 which has an adaptive mode to remove ambient noises while successively updating a filter coefficient in a standby state for receiving a desired signal and a non-adaptive mode to stop updating of the filter coefficient in a receiving state of the desired signal; a detecting part 18b which detects a new signal in the standby state of receiving the desired signal; a filter controlling part 18c which switches a second noise removing part 17 from an adaptive mode to a non-adaptive mode by detecting a new signal by the detecting part 18b: and a filter coefficient storing part 17c which stores a filter coefficient before the predetermined count. The second noise removing part 17 removes ambient noises based on the filter coefficient before the predetermined count stored in the filter coefficient storing part 17c in the adaptive mode.
