PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly send and receive interruption data in time diversity transmission. SOLUTION: A time diversity sending apparatus 4 for providing a time difference to the same contents of data generated from a first data sequence and sending the data has: switching sections 41, 44 for switching from the processing path of a first data sequence to a processing path for a second data sequence for the input of a second data sequence different from the first data sequence; and multiplex transmission sections 49, 51 for generating a discriminating signal for discriminating the first data sequence from the second data sequence, and multiplexing the generated signal on the first data sequence and/or the second data sequence and transmitting the data.
