PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor which has a plurality of self-resonant frequencies and which can be used for a wide band even at a single application. SOLUTION: The inductor 10 includes a helical conductive film 16 formed through a groove 14 on a front surface of a substantially conical core 12 made of dielectric ceramics or a magnetic material, such as a ferrite, etc., and ends 18, 18 formed at both ends of the spiral conductive film 16. The core 12 is not only the substantially conical shape but also may be a pyramidal shape. The conductive film 16 is formed by covering the front surface of the core 12 with a conductive material, such as gold, silver, copper, nickel, etc. by a method, such as depositing, electrocasting, plating, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
