PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform minute adjustment of a locking position even when large force is applied to a tooth or a claw for locking. SOLUTION: Even when adjusting a locking position while large force is applied to the adjusting claw 1 or the adjusting teeth 2, it is possible to avoid such inconvenience that the locking position is deviated all at once by the large force and adjust the locking position by changing teeth one by one gradually by latching and locking a first claw 3 of the adjusting claw 1 on one tooth of the adjusting teeth 2 and latching a second claw 4 of the adjusting claw 1 on one tooth of the adjusting teeth 2 to turn the adjusting claw 1 in the direction of arrow mark A in order to adjust the locking position.
