PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baggage holding device for a vehicle constituted such that a guide rail can be certainly crushed at rear-end collision of the vehicle. SOLUTION: In order that the baggage 10 loaded in a trunk 2 of the vehicle 1 is held so as not to be moved during traveling of the vehicle 1, a pair of guide rails 4 is provided in a longitudinal direction of a floor surface 3 in the trunk 2 of the vehicle 1. Engagement members 5 movable in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle 1 and fixable to an optional position are provided on the respective guide rails 4, and a side part of a net member or a sheet-like covering member 7 is detachably mounted to the engagement member 5. When the covering member 7 fixes/holds the loaded baggage 10 by covering it, buckling deformation parts comprising notches 11 are formed on both guide rails 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
