PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining structure for a cowl top garnish which prevents rainwater and the like from dropping from a cowl top garnish into an engine compartment, and has no harmful effect on the mounting stiffness of the cowl top garnish. SOLUTION: In the draining structure for the cowl top garnish 4, a flange portion 4F is forwardly and upwardly formed on a front wall portion 4A of the cowl top garnish 4, and a weather strip tightly contacting on a back surface of an engine hood is attached to the flange portion 4F. Near both end portions of the cowl top garnish 4 and above a draining opening K accepting dripping of the rainwater and the like, a lib L intersecting in a longitudinal direction of the cowl top garnish 4 over the front wall portion 4A and the flange portion 4F and becoming a starting point for draining is provided.
