PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printed matter having neither deficient printing area nor the like since its first printing such as at the first printing after the mounting of a base stencil paper. SOLUTION: In a stencil printing equipment equipped with a rotatable drum 26 having an outer peripheral wall 35, which is made of an ink impermeable member and on the front surface of which a base stencil paper is installed, an ink feeding means 54 having an ink feeding part 55 locating in a printing upstream position from the maximum printing area on the outer peripheral wall 53 of the drum 26 for feeding ink from this ink feeding part 55 to the front surface of the outer peripheral wall 53 and a pressing roll 35 for pressing a fed printing paper against the outer peripheral wall 53, at the first printing after the mounting of the base stencil paper, a larger amount of ink than the ink feeding amount at printing on and after the second printing is fed in advance by the ink feeding means 54 to the front surface of the outer peripheral wall 53.
