PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-automatic vegetable cutter suitable for mass cutting, capable of cutting vegetables in predetermined thickness while applying rugged cutting of wavy shape or the like in different directions on the front faces and rear faces of the vegetables, and capable of changing the intersection angle of rugged cutting. SOLUTION: When a cut material v is pushed by a push bar 15 and fed into the intersecting part of a cutter, inside a vegetable cutting chamber 5, swing levers 31, 35 are swung by the drive of a motor device 42 to put a support frame 46 in parallel motion to the machine base side, and at the same time, a sliding plate 48 is moved vertically to the support frame 46 to move a first tool rest 55 and a second tool rest 60 alternately forward and backward. The cut material v is sequentially cut into the predetermined thickness while uneven cutting is applied to the respective faces by the cutters 56, 61 mounted to the respective tool rests.
