PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad for wrinkle prevention around an ankle for a boot and the boot where falling and lowering of a cylinder part are prevented by firmly holding an ankle part. SOLUTION: In order to bury a gap between a shape in rear of the ankle and the ankle surrounding part 57 of the boot 51 in the state of wearing the boot 51, the pad has a special three-dimensional shape where a top part 3 and the left and right parts 7 and 9 of a bottom part 5 seen from the back face are respectively round-shaped and a recess 19 is formed at the center 17 of a bottom side 27.
