<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "food given by using a hot-tasted soy-based dipping sauce" having improved eating quality and nutrition, and to provide a "method for producing the food given by using the hot-tasted soy-based dipping sauce". <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the food given by using the hot-tasted soy-based dipping sauce comprises well dissolving brown sugar, powdered red pepper, a soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and an apple juice in water, boiling and well mixing the materials to form a mixture, adding any one or some kinds of soybean pastes, including a dark soybean paste, a light soy bean paste, and Hatcho soybean paste (a kind of dark soybean paste originated in Hatcho) to the mixture, then boiling and well kneading the mixture with the soybean pastes to finish the hot-tasted soy-based dipping sauce, and further arranging the finished sauce on any one of meals (including set meals) each served in a bowl, such as a bowl of rice topped with beef (including a set meal thereof), a bowl of rice topped with a pork cutlet (including a set meal thereof), and a bowl of rice topped with eggs (including a set meal thereof), meals of noodles, such as buckwheat noodles, thick white noodles, and Chinese soup noodles, meals of rice, such as rice with a curry sauce and rice with the pork cutlet, and other meals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
