<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the magnetic characteristics of an amorphous wound iron core having a three-phase three-leg wound iron-core structure of an amorphous wound iron-core transformer by changing a lapping method of an outer iron core of the amorphous wound iron core and, in addition, to reduce lapping man-hour. <P>SOLUTION: The amorphous wound iron core of the amorphous wound iron-core transformer consists of a three-phase three-leg wound iron-core structure composed of two inner iron cores 2 which are disposed in a state where their one leg sections inserted into an interlocked coil 1 are adjacently disposed, and of the outer iron core 3 surrounding the outer peripheries of the inner iron cores 2. In addition, the wound iron core is formed in a rectangular shape by laminating thin amorphous magnetic belts upon another so that the iron core may have a pair of leg sections, a pair of yoke sections, and a window section surrounded by the leg sections and yoke sections.
