<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery element manufacturing device that can form uniform solder layers on the surfaces of the electrodes of solar battery elements. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery element manufacturing device forms solder layers on the surfaces of the electrodes of a plurality of solar battery elements having the electrodes on their surfaces by housing the solar battery elements in a wafer carrier and dipping the wafer carrier in a solder melt by holding the carrier by means of an arm. In the manufacturing device, a retaining bar which prevents the floating of the solar battery elements is provided above the elements and, at the same time, a vertically moving mechanism which moves the solar battery elements upward and downward in the solder melt is installed to the retaining bar. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
