<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a bottle container wherein the whole bottle can be uniformly reduced in wall thickness while preventing local stretching of a bottle heel and having an excellent heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The plastic bottle container is formed by stretch-blow-molding a bottomed tubular preform. The diagonal direction of the bottle heel where a barrel and a bottom connect is formed to curve. A peripheral cross section of the barrel of the bottle container is made to be approximately rectangular and gradually to be square as coming closer to the bottom of the bottle, and a grounding surface on the bottom of the bottle is made to be approximately circular. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
