PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently acquire information desired by a user and present the information. SOLUTION: The information presenting system, which acquires a content from at least one of the content providers based on query information inputted by a user and presents the content to the user, comprises a first agent that generates a common query language for querying to the content provider from the query information, a second agent that obtains a content based on the common query language from the contents accumulated in each of the content providers, and a third agent that adds presenting content information to the content based on the content obtained by the second agent and the user's preference value generated from the information on history of viewing contents viewed by the user.
