PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel loader which exhausts no exhaust gas, and an electric-driven working vehicle having a compact motor. SOLUTION: The wheel loader comprises a power storage device (51) to store the electric energy, and a single or a plurality of motors (47) to be driven by the electric energy stored in the power storage device (51), and runs with the rotation of the motor (47) as the power, and a working machine (32) thereof is driven with the rotation of the motor (47) as the power.
