PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress installation cost of piping and an air conditioner when renewing them and suppress installation cost when simultaneous cooling and heating operation is required and operation cost of a heat source machine. SOLUTION: A main body casing 5 provided with a water cooled heat pump 6 for air conditioning inside it is communicated and connected with the air conditioner 19 provided with a cold and hot water coil 22 for air conditioning and a blower 7 for feeding air through a duct 20. Heat source water into the water cooled heat pump 6 is introduced from a return pipe 2b in a heat source water circuit 2 for air conditioning by common use together with the air conditioner 19.
