PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic pressure regulating valve realizing two-step discharge, with simple structure. SOLUTION: The automatic pressure regulating valve 500 includes a pressure regulating pilot valve 100 whose set pressure is set by a pressure setting elastic body 11, and an automatic valve 200 whose secondary pressure is regulated to be a predetermined control pressure by the pressure regulating pilot valve 100. The automatic pressure regulating valve further includes a set pressure changing means 90 changing the contraction strength of the pressure setting elastic body 11 in a plurality of stages to change the set pressure, and thereby regulating the secondary pressure of the automatic valve 200 into a plurality of control pressures.
