PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time switch in which a subdial can be rotated manually both clockwise and counterclockwise, a time and labor required for time setting are reduced, and the setting of a setter and the state of a contact can be made always coincident with each other. SOLUTION: A slip mechanism is constituted which does not slip at torque needed when a dial 4 side is rotated by rotation transmitted from a motor side with a plurality of slip teeth formed at the rear face of 9th gear 39 at constant internals, and by slip pieces 41a having claws at their tips that are meshed with the slip teeth by being protruded from the 9th helical gear 41, and which slips when the motor side is rotated by the rotation transmitted from the dial 4 side in the case the dial 4 side is manually rotated. Furthermore, a contact part 5 can be turned on and off by operating a knob 67 installed at the tip of a cam shaft 61 and by forcibly rotating a switch cam 62. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
