PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a rotating operation force and assure a smooth rotating characteristic when a seat rotating mechanism performs a changing in direction and further prevent any looseness also in an upward or downward direction and also in a lateral direction when the seat rotating mechanism is locked. SOLUTION: This resin slider is formed entirely to have a J-shaped section by an arcuate pad body 11 and a U-shaped flange biting curved segment 12 integrally continuous with the lower end of the pad body 11 and folded back onto a pad surface 13 of the pad body 11. The pad body 11 comprises the right and left flange releasing surfaces 16, 16 formed at both sides of the pad surface 13 while being tapered by reducing its thickness; the right and left flange strikers 17, 17 protruded at both sides of the rear surface 14; the top flange striker 18 protruded to the upper end 15; and a slot 19 positioned properly below the upper end 15, extending in a lateral direction, thinned from the pad surface 13 through the rear surface 14, thereby a spring characteristic is also applied in a direction crossing at a right angle with the pad surface 13 and in an upward or downward direction.
