PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform securing of rigidity of an operation lever itself, regardless of design, size and shape of the operation lever, and setting of breakage load and breakage stress when an unexpected shock load is applied to the operation lever with excellent balance. SOLUTION: Two lateral grooves 14 for breakage are provided side by side in the longitudinal direction of the operation lever 6 on handle bar facing surfaces of the operation lever 6.
