PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the number of engine revolutions smoothly rise when raising the number of engine revolutions from idling speed. SOLUTION: A water muffler 60 has a bilge pump which drains water in a hull, and at the same time, has an exhausting/draining pipe 83 which discharges an exhaust gas and water in an expansion chamber in which the exhaust gas and water flow in on the exhaust system of the engine. On the water muffler 60, a draining pipe 66 is provided, and the draining pipe 66 is connected with the bilge pump. A water muffler internal opening 67 of the draining pipe 66 is opened between the water muffler internal bottom section and the upper end section 84a of a water muffler internal opening 84 of the exhausting/draining pipe 83. The opening upper end 67a of the draining pipe 66 is located at approximately the same height or higher as the lower end section 84b of the opening 84 of the exhausting/draining pipe 83.
