PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat track with a lower rail and an upper rail having reduced weights without reducing their rigidity and stopper strength and a side wall hard to deform when a load acts on the upper rail in the direction of separating from the lower rail. SOLUTION: A stopper mechanism for restricting the range of moving the upper rail relative to the lower rail comprises a pin (a front side stopper) 305 and a pin (a rear side stopper) 54 mounted on the lower rail 51 and a stopper plate 403 mounted on the upper rail 57 and adapted to abut on the pin (stopper) 305 and the pin (stopper) 54 and having a wall portion 403c with its side opposed to the inner face of a first side wall portion of the upper rail 57 and to the inner face of a second side wall portion of the upper rail.
