PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent powder stored in a powder storage chamber from scattering as the pressure inside the storage chamber becomes negative when a lid body or a middle lid to open/close the top of the storage chamber is opened in a container with the powder storage chamber. SOLUTION: A female thread 3 is provided on the inner surface of a first peripheral wall 4 of the powder storage chamber 7, and a male thread 24 on the outer surface of an inner lid 21 set in the storage chamber is screw-engaged with the female thread 3.
