PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair for lumbago prevention capable of reducing burdens on the waist at the time of standing up from the chair. SOLUTION: This chair 100 for the lumbago prevention is constituted of a seat part 1, leg parts 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d supporting the seat part 1 and a backrest part 3. On the seat part 1, a cut part 5 in the shape gradually narrowed from the front edge to the center part is provided. In the chair 100 for the lumbago prevention, when a person sits, both legs enter the cut part 5 gradually narrowed from the front edge to the center part. Thus, at the time of sitting in the chair 100 for the lumbago prevention, both legs of the person are naturally put together.
