PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purification device suitable for decomposition and removal of an organochlorine compound contained in a large volume of substances to be treated containing soil polluted relatively in low concentration over a wide range with the organochlorine compound, and a large volume of incineration ash, or the like, contaminated therewith. SOLUTION: This purification device 1 for environ restoration is provided with a reaction tank 3 which makes a composite microorganismic preparation containing an anaerobic microorganism and an aerobic microorganism act on the soil 50 polluted with the organochlorine compound, a house 5 as a separation means which separates the reaction tank 3 from the external environment, a sheet member 6 as a water content control means which controls the water content by controlling moisture evaporation from the polluted soil supplied into the reaction tank 3, and a mixer 7 as an agitation means which agitates the polluted soil 50 in the reaction tank 3.
