The heat sink (20) is vertically provided on a bottom chassis (11) of the chassis (10). A cover (22) is attached to the heat sink (20) and the bottom chassis (11). The heat sink (20), the cover (22), and the bottom chassis (11) form an inner closed flow space (100). The electric fan (21) moves a gas into the flow space (100).
