<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a user has to confirm whether or not each original is copied in a copying mode optimum to each original by checking all copies one by one each in order to confirm whether or not the originals are copied in the optimum copying mode and checking all the copies one by one each is a very cumbersome task to any user. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus discriminates types of originals and determines copying modes corresponding to the kinds of the originals and compares the determined copying mode with the copying mode designated by the user. When the copying modes are dissident, since there is a possibility that the original is copied in a copying mode that is not optimum, the image forming apparatus differentiates paper discharge forms of the copies between the coincident copying mode and the dissident copying mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
