PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment monitoring device which contributes to the labor saving of repair and maintenance, the facilitation and the quickening of the response at the time of the occurrence of an accident, and improves the operability of the facility and the economical efficiency, and also to provide an equipment mounting system.

SOLUTION: The equipment monitoring device has: a status data acquiring part 11 for acquiring status data showing the status of the equipment U to be monitored installed to an equipment monitoring device electric power station; a monitoring calculation part 12 for executing the calculation regarding an operation status or a degradation status of the equipment U to be monitored; a data storage part 13 for storing at least one of the calculation result data regarding the status data and the operation status and that of regarding the degradation state; a data communication part 14 for transmitting the data stored in the storage device via a communication network 3; and a terminal 2 for receiving and displaying the transmitted data via the communication network 3.
