<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position detecting panel for detecting precisely a positional shift of an electrode in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: A lower inspection electrode 41, for example, is provided in an end part opposite to a connection end of a connection wire 6 in a transparent electrode 4 in a right end side of a touch panel, and an upper inspection electrode 71 is provided in a connection end of a connection wire 7 in a transparent electrode 5 in an upper end side of the touch panel. The upper inspection electrode 71 is extended to an end part side of the transparent electrode 4, and the lower inspection electrode 41 is formed to be extended to an upper inspection electrode 71 side. The lower inspection electrode 41 and the upper inspection electrode 71 are arranged with the maximum allowance of spacing of a specified-directional shift between the transparent electrodes 4, 5 under the condition where a lower substrate 1 and an upper substrate 2 are laminated each other in a specified position and where the upper substrate 2 is press-operated. The upper substrate 2 on the lower inspection electrode 41 and the upper inspection electrode 71 is pressed to determine the generation of the shift between the transparent electrodes 4, 5 when the both inspection electrodes 41, 71 are brought into electric continuity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
