GAS HYDRATE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas hydrate manufacturing system which can take energy saving into account while inhibiting an increase of a low pressure gas. SOLUTION: In subjecting a liquefied natural gas sent from a storage tank to formation of a gas hydrate, the cold energy of the liquefied natural gas a is recovered with a hydrocarbon heat transfer medium f before the liquefied natural gas a is gasified with seawater d. Furthermore, the energy of the natural gas g gasified with seawater d is recovered as mechanical power by an expansion turbine 24. The natural gas g having worked in the expansion turbine 24 is introduced into a gas hydrate former 27, and water e is sprayed in the natural gas atmosphere in the gas hydrate former 27 or the natural gas g is subjected to gas bubbling in the water of the former to form a gas hydrate i.
