PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage boost circuit, a boost power device and its method, which contribute to realization of reductions in the weight, thickness, length and size by reduction of module volume, when step-up or step-down voltage is applied to required mobile products, and extend battery life time, because the consumption power is minimized. SOLUTION: The boost power includes the boost circuit which has a small number of external mounting capacitors, high efficiency, and generates the step-up or step-down boosted voltage through charging and pumping by two phases drive, and controlled so as to switch off simultaneous outputs at both of step-up voltage and step-down voltages, output at only the step-up voltage, output at only the step-down voltage, or output of either of the step-up voltage or the step-down voltage by a phase control signal Q generated from an enable signal of which logical condition changes depending on the load amount.
