PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition simultaneously having excellent melt fluidity, melt stability, heat resistance and impact resistance, and to obtain the aromatic polycarbonate resin composition having high-degree flame retardancy besides the characteristics without using a bromine-based flame retardant or a phosphorus-based flame retardant. SOLUTION: This aromatic polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. aromatic polycarbonate (A) having 8,000-18,000 weight average molecular weight (Mw), 1-50 pts.wt. silicate compound (B), and an organic acidic compound and/or an organic acidic compound derivative (C). The pts.wt. of the component (C) are regulated so that the pH value of the mixture of the components (B) and (C) may be 4.0-8.0 when the pH value of the mixture is measured based on JIS K5101.
