PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable wireless terminal and a server device in which, a content with high real-time property or location dependency can be easily uploaded and retrieved. SOLUTION: A model storage means 102 stores models of contents. A photographing means 103 takes a still image or animation. A content creation means 101 reads a desired model from the model storage means 102, and pastes the still image or animation and further text data to this model to form a content. A present location detection means 104 detects the present location of an own terminal, and outputs the location information. A location information registration means 105 registers the location information of the present location to the created content in association with each other.
