PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay server technique enabling a user who operates a terminal device to acquire marketing information without being aware of acquiring marketing information even by an access from a portable terminal having a limitation in memory. SOLUTION: The relay server for relaying the terminal device to an intended server through a network accepts a request with the designated site ID of the intended server from the terminal device through the network, accesses a link management table to read a link tag ID provided for every site ID and set for every link tag URL in the site URL, and returns HTML source data in which the link tag URL is converted to the link tag ID to the terminal device.
