PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance generator for calibration to efficiently carry out the adjustment and calibration of three-wire temperature measuring circuit in a saved space and by a saved operation. SOLUTION: The resistance generator for calibration is equipped with a first variable resistance body 11, three sets of second variable resistance bodies 12a, 12b, 12c, and three connection terminals. The first variable resistance body 11 is constituted by serially connecting the number of dial type variable resistors equivalent to a required digit number. Three sets of the second variable resistance bodies 12a, 12b, 12c are constituted by serially connecting the number of dial type variable resistors which commonly interlock a dial shaft equivalent to a required digit number. The three connection terminals are composed of three sets of other ends of the second variable resistance body where one set of the second variable resistance body is connected to the one end of the first variable resistance body, the other two sets of the second variable resistance bodies is connected to the other end of the first variable resistance body, and is not connected to the first variable resistance body.
