VISCOSITY MEASURING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscosity measuring apparatus capable of satisfactorily measuring the viscosity of a liquid even bubbles are contained in the liquid. SOLUTION: A sensor part (11) is provided with a tubular part (17) raised from a base part (9); a diaphragm (19) for blocking the tip side of the tubular part (17); a column-like member (21) raised from the surface of the diaphragm; and a vibration absorbing layer (23) for covering the surface side of the diaphragm (19). The column-like member (21) is a long and straight member and raised vertically to the diaphragm (19) from the center of the diaphragm (19) on the surface of the diaphragm (19) on the side of the liquid. The vibration absorbing layer (23) is a ring-like member for covering the overall surface side of the diaphragm (19) except the column-like member (21) in such a way as to cover the circumference of the column-like member (21). The vibration absorbing layer (23) is a sponge-like member having a large number of holes and has a cushion property capable of absorbing vibrations. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
