PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of simply attaching and detaching a cover body in an accurate direction without causing strain. SOLUTION: This massage machine has the cover body 7 having a folded-back part 10, which is hooked with the hook part 6 provided to a massage machine body 1, formed to the front part being one end side thereof and a face fastener 5 being a receiving means is provided to the rear of the inside cover body 4 provided on the side of the massage machine body 1 corresponding to the surface fastener 11 provided to the rear part being the other end side of the cover body 7 as an attaching and detaching means. By this constitution, the cover body 7 can be simply attached to the massage machine body 1 in an accurate direction by hooking the folded-back part 10 of the cover body 7 with the hook part 6 to fix the face fastener 11 to the face fastener 5 and, since tension is uniformly and easily applied to the cover body 7, the cover body 7 can be attached to the massage machine body 1 in a strain free state.
