Three functional neonatal movable incubator, according to the invention, is aimed for the early born children and babies with weak immunity system, with the possibility to perform standard clinical, reanimation or transport functions. It has incubator (A) attached to the separable carriage (B). On the carriage there is mechanism for lifting and bringing down the incubator. The Incubator (A) has ventilation fit (18) with turbine (22) and air heater (23) which is coming through three filters (19), behind which is the command board (26) and a board with the switches for leading oxygen and moistening. At the ventilation fit (18) there is two-side air bellow (17) with the conductors and with the positioning joint (14) on which the bed (13) is placed with the changeable mattress (12) above that is an oxygen hood (11). On two vertical boards (1, 2) and door (7) there are windows (9, 9') for hands. Inside the vertical board (2) there are two leading filters (25). Besides the permanent circulation of fresh air through ambient environment, unexpected cases of damaging of vital functions with early born children are eliminated with the mentioned construction and total electronic protection is introduced.
