<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selling method and a system for subdivision of housing that ensure that the expenses of building and purchasing a subdivision paid by a user desiring to build and purchase the subdivision are paid without delay to a material manufacturer providing housing building materials concerning the user's building and purchase wishes as well as to a builder building the subdivision, and that the ownership of building materials for which the user paid the expenses of building and purchasing the subdivision can be transferred without delay to the user according to the payment by the user of the expenses of building and purchasing the subdivision. <P>SOLUTION: When the payment to a regional business headquarter's account of each individual expense included in a plurality of individual expenses constituting the expenses of building and purchasing housing is made sure, the payment process part of a computer performs one or a plurality of processes selected from among the process of keeping the whole or part of each individual expense in the regional business headquarter's account, the process of paying to a total material provider's account, and the process of paying to a builder's account, based on information about payment receiving accounts concerning the amount of money constituting each individual expense generated in advance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
