<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in shopping by use of a credit card that the payment processing, which is performed by withdrawal from an account on a scheduled day, generally takes about one month for the withdrawal, and even if the balance inquiry of a designated account is performed during it, the amount paid by use of the credit is not reflected, resulting in generation of money which seems not to be used although it was actually used. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a user specification inquiry service for a customer-based Web page provided by a credit card company. On receipt of an inquiry request from a customer, the account balance of a financial institute designated by the customer is referred to, and the amount obtained by reducing the total of unpaid card-use amounts from the balance is displayed. Further, respective data of card use specifications are totaled for every payment scheduled day, and the amount obtained by reducing the amount to be paid next from the account balance and the amount obtained by further reducing the amount to be paid next after from this amount are independently displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
