<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for diffusing an organic sludge purifying agent, with which the organic sludge purifying agent is supplied into water and the supplied purifying agent is diffused to purify the water. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus is constituted so that the purifying agent discharged from a discharge port 27a arranged in the vicinity of a rotary blade 13, which is fixed to a surface on the water surface or in its vicinity by a fixing means 38 equipped with anchors 33, 34 arranged on the bottom and is rotated by a drive means 14, is diffused widely in the water by raising/circulating the water near the bottom to the vicinity of the water surface by the water current generated by rotating the rotary blade 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
