<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device which improves stability of the operation of a complementary circuit by optimizing the threshold voltage of an electric field effect type transistor constituting the complementary circuit corresponding to a driving voltage, and to provide electrooptical equipment equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: In a 1st CMOS circuit and a 2nd CMOS circuit which are different in driving voltage on a TFT array substrate of the electrooptical device, N-channel type TFTs and P-channel type TFTs constituting the CMOS circuits, have 4-terminal structure equipped with a back gate for threshold voltage control. Each CMOS circuit is characterized in that the absolute value Vth-d of the difference in threshold voltage is set to 0.25 to 1, preferably, 0.5 to 1 time as large as the driving voltage of the CMOS circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
