<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid driving device with excellent on-vehicle property capable of setting a plurality of operation modes. <P>SOLUTION: In this driving device, electric power sources 2 and 3 for converting mechanical energy into power and an internal combustion engine 1 are provided as power sources, a plurality of pairs of planetary gear mechanisms 4 and 5 for increasing/decreasing output torque of at least one of the power sources 2 and 3 are provided, and the plurality of operation modes are set by changing a route for transmitting torque to an output member 15 via either one of the planetary gear mechanisms 4 and 5.
